Our Team

Our customer service team is bonded and insured and every employee is required to sign a confidentiality agreement to provide you with an additional level of security. Every employee must also pass HIPAA compliance training. Our team has experience with various industries and help our customers navigate through the service options available to decide what type of service would best suit their needs.

Record Storage Division

A few years after we opened our doors, several of our shredding customers inquired about Records Storage. DDV used these inquiries as an opportunity to provide additional ways to service our community and added DDV’s Records Management division.  Construction quickly began on our new climate controlled, highly secured warehouse which is located in Ruckersville, VA.  Our sophisticated barcoding system allows us to locate any customer’s files or boxes within a matter of minutes, eliminating the need for businesses to store their documents in dirty, unsecured, expensive and often times remote storage units.

Small lot. No overnight parking available. Quickly loads you. It's easy to find. Truck parking is less than 5 minutes away at Shell Gas station. Limited parking.

Great place! I found them when looking for somewhere to shred a small amount of business and personal documents. They're open to the public twice a month for drive up service, where they put your stuff in a shredding truck and shred it while you watch. No minimum; you pay by weight. It was so fast and easy and so much more secure than dropping off sensitive documents at a store or in a box, and never knowing how or when it would be processed. Customer service was outstanding too -- super friendly and helpful!

I want to share that Ron was extremely professional, polite, and efficient! We are looking to do this at either the end of the year or beginning of next year and we will certainly be going through this company. Garrett was on the ball communication wise, and Ron was certainly a pleasure to work with.

The whole experience was great! Christian quickly, via email, gave me an estimate and told me when they'd be in my area next. I called to schedule and spoke to Garrett who took my details and even looked up our address on Goggle Maps while I was still on the phone with him. The truck driver called when he arrived at our building and was very pleasant and professional and was done shredding within 35 minutes. I found their prices to be the best! We will definitely be using Document Destruction of Virginia again!
